Anderson Cooper Reveals This Other Famous Gay Dad Reached Out To Him After Wyatt Was Born

Anderson Cooper got a cool welcome to the “Gay Dads Club” from a very famous gay dad – Elton John!

During his appearance on SiriusXM’s Andy Cohen Live, the 52-year-old journalist revealed that many people had reached out to him to offer their congratulations in welcoming his son, Wyatt.

Anderson shared that in the midst of all the congrats messages, he also “got a call from Elton John. You know, I’ve interviewed him over the years.”

“Was he welcoming you to the Gay Dads Club?” Andy Cohen asked him, before revealing that the famed musician sent his own son, Benjamin a little gift.

Andy said that he “sent Ben, like, this Gucci shirt and Gucci shorts. I was like, how cool. I’ve met Elton John once, so maybe he is kind of welcoming us into the Gay Dads Club.”

Anderson added that Elton “paved the way”.
