Lori Loughlin Enters Guilty Plea During a Video Conference with the Judge

Lori Loughlin has pleaded guilty to her involvement in the college admissions scandal.

The 55-year-old Full House actress and her husband, Mossimo Giannulli, appeared on a video conference hearing before U.S. District Judge Nathaniel Gorton to enter their pleas.

The guilty pleas will not be accepted until the judge has time to review the details.

Lori and Mossimo were reportedly facing around 50 years in jail and millions of dollars in fines, but they will face much lighter sentences with their pleas.

Deadline reports that Lori agreed to “two months in prison, a $150,000 fine and two years of supervised release and 100 hours of community service.” Mossimo will be “getting five months in prison, a $250,000 fine and two years of supervised release with 250 hours of community service.”

Lori and Mossimo‘s sentencing has been scheduled for August 21, though the couple’s lawyers have asked that it be moved up to July 30.
