Jennifer Garner Feels The 'Heaviness' Of Families During The Pandemic, While Recognizing How Lucky Hers Is

The 48-year-old actress stopped by a construction site to check out progress on her new home before heading out on a few errands.

Jennifer wore her cute hat with a pair of striped shorts during her visit.

During a recent Instagram chat and meditation session with Chelsea Jackson Roberts, Jennifer opened up about the heaviness she feels about her family’s privilege during the pandemic.

“I think right now, what I am experiencing, and a lot of what I am hearing from my girlfriends, and this is trivial in the overall sense of what the world is going through . . . I’m really thinking about my kids,” Jennifer said. “And what their experience is going to be.”

She also acknowledged that she and her three kids are in a very fortunate position, saying that “we have broadband, we have excellent teachers who can teach over Zoom — that is one in a million possibility in this world — and yet, it’s also a depressing one.”

Jennifer continued, “It is heavy, it’s heavy for everyone. How do kids in this world not just live in all this heaviness?”
