Hilary Rhoda's Newborn Son Nash Doing 'Really Well' in NICU After 'Dramatic' Birth

Hilary Rhoda is providing an update on her newborn son after his “dramatic birth.”

The 33-year-old model gave an update on her Instagram Story on Wednesday (July 29) after welcoming her son Nash with husband Sean Avery the day before.

“I’ve showered, put on some real clothes and I feel like a new woman,” Hilary said. “I’m still at the hospital, Nash is in the NICU. The cord was wrapped around his neck when he was born and so it was a bit of a dramatic birth. He had to be on breathing tubes for a little bit and now he’s off of them, but they’re going to keep him in there until tomorrow.”

Despite the dramatic birth, Hilary said that baby Nash is “doing well” and he’ll be able to head home soon.

“So he’s doing really well and he’s just so cute. Just hanging out here [and we’ll] take him home tomorrow,” Hilary said.

Hilary and Sean tied the knot in 2015 and announced back in January that they were expecting after suffering multiple miscarriages.

On Tuesday (July 28), Hilary took to Instagram to announce her son’s birth.

“Our boy came into this world fast & furiously! 💙 Nash Hollis Avery was born at 12:04 am, July 28, 2020. Photo by Dad @imseanavery,” Hilary captioned the below photo.
