Seth Rogen Takes Dig at Christopher Nolan Over 'Tenet' Release Amid the Pandemic

Christopher Nolan‘s Tenet release schedule has been filled with controversy after it was scheduled to be released in July 2020, then August 2020 during the rising Coronavirus cases around the country.

Warner Bros. officially postponed the movie until September, but one actor and producer took notice. Seth Rogen and his production company Point Grey have been navigating the pandemic like the rest of the world…but that didn’t stop him from taking a dig at Nolan.

“I’m waiting to see what Chris Nolan does,” Seth told THR. “‘WWCND’ is basically what we’re saying at all times. ‘What would Chris Nolan do?’ For a while, it seemed like the answer was to kill his greatest fans. But that’s not the answer of today, it seems, so that’s good. But we have no idea. We don’t want to be the first to rush into anything.”

With Coronavirus, health officials recommend more low risk, outdoor activities promoting mask use and social distancing and movie theaters have been one business that has been greatly effected by the pandemic.
