Jerry O'Connell Reveals Why He Spoke Out About Ellen DeGeneres

Jerry O’Connell spoke out in support of Ellen DeGeneres amid allegations of her workplace culture being toxic.

Well, Jerry is explaining why he decided to publicly support Ellen, and it’s because of what her wife Portia de Rossi posted on Instagram.

“I’ve known Ellen and Portia for almost three decades now and I saw that Portia… Instagrammed out, ‘All of our friends, we need your support right now.’ And I felt compelled to [repost] it,” Jerry told ET.

Jerry posted the same photo that Portia shared, which is a graphic that reads, “I Stand By Ellen.”
