Conor McGregor Arrested for Attempted Sexual Assault, He Denies the Allegations

Conor McGregor was arrested in Corsica, but he is denying the allegations that are being made against him.

The 32-year-old UFC fighter was arrested by French officials after an incident that allegedly happened at a bar.

“Following a complaint filed on September 10 denouncing acts that could be described as attempted sexual assault and sexual exhibition, Mr. Conor Anthony Mac Gregor was the subject of a hearing by the gendarmerie services,” prosecutors said in a statement (via TMZ).

Conor‘s rep said in a statement, “Conor Mcgregor vigorously denies any accusations of misconduct. He has been interviewed and released.”

Conor has been on vacation in the South of France for most of the summer and he just recently proposed to his longtime love Dee Devlin. They showed off her ring in a social media post last month.
