The 41-year-old actress was spotted sharing a kiss with Emilio, 33, after spending time together on Sunday (September 13) in New York City.

In the past week, we’ve been learning a lot about Emilio, who is a professional chef. A new report claims that he had been engaged to 24-year-old designer Rachel Emmons for the past 18 months and that he broke up with her days before being spotted in public with Katie for the first time.
