'Jersey Shore' Star Angelina Pivarnick Gets $350,000 from NYC Over Sexual Harassment Claims

Angelina Pivarnick has settled her sexual harassment case with New York City.

On Friday (September 25), the NY Daily News reported that NYC agreed to paying a $350,000 settlement to the 34-year-old Jersey Shore star.

Last year, Angelina sued the city, claiming she subjected to a hostile, sexually-charged environment after she started working as an EMT for the FDNY in 2016.

Angelina claimed that EMT Lieutenant David Rudnitzky groped her, begged her for sex, and sent her sexually explicit text messages. She also claimed she was sexually harassed by another superior.

“Because the program Jersey Shore was revived in 2018, and Pivarnick participated in several episodes of the new season, Rudnitzky apparently believed that he could speak to Pivarnick at work in sexually graphic and vulgar terms,” the suit claimed. “These comments were unwelcomed by Pivarnick and were not reciprocated.”

Angelina then filed complaints with the FDNY’s Equal Employment Opportunity Office before deciding to sue the city.

“How many guys on Jersey Shore have you f–ked?” Rudnitzky asked Angelina in front of a male colleague in March 2018, according to the suit.

Angelina served as an EMT from 2016 to 2018 working at the FDNY’s Rossville Station in Staten Island.
