Teyana Taylor Calls Out Grammys 2021 Nominations

Teyana Taylor is not impressed by the 2021 Grammys nominations.

The 29-year-old The Album singer spoke out after the announcement of the nominees on Tuesday (November 24).

“Y’all was better off just saying best MALE R&B ALBUM cause all I see is dick in this category,” she said in response to the Best R&B Album category. The category includes Happy 2 Be Here by Ant Clemons, Take Time by Giveon, To Feel Love/D by Luke James, Bigger Love by John Legend and All Rise by Gregory Porter.

Another musician was snubbed entirely from the ceremony, despite breaking chart records, and now the chief of the Recording Academy is speaking about that decision.
