'The Mandalorian' Season Three Could Be Delayed Due To One Of The Spinoffs
The Mandalorian season three might not be debuting in the fall like seasons one and two had in the past.
According to Forbes, showrunner Jon Favreau has revealed that he’ll be working on the Boba Fett spinoff when The Mandalorian was expected to be in production.
“So, this is actually separate from The Mandalorian Season 3, but what we didn’t say in that announcement is that the next show coming up, Kathy [Katherine Kennedy, Lucasfilm President] said the next chapter, and that’s going to be The Book of Boba Fett,” Jon explained on the program.
He added, that after that would be “then we go into production right after that on Season 3 of The Mandalorian.”
Jon added that pre-production on The Mandalorian around Christmas or late in December, just as Boba Fett would be wrapped up and finished.
Forbes reports that according to this timeline, The Mandalorian season 3 might not come until the spingtime or even early summer.
