Drake Delays 'Certified Lover Boy' Release For Second Time

Drake has decided to postpone the release of his upcoming album, Certified Lover Boy.

In a message to fans on his Instagram Story, the 34-year-old musician explained that despite saying the album would be out this month, it has to be pushed back because of some personal issues.

“I was planning to release my album this month but between surgery and rehab my energy has been dedicated to recovery,” he wrote. “I’m blessed to be back on my feet feeling great and focused on the album, but CLB won’t be dropping in January.”

However, Drake is hopeful that the album will still be out this year.

This is actually the second delay in the album, as Certified Lover Boy was expected last summer before Drake postponed it to January.

Just recently, Drake called out The Grammys after the Recording Academy snubbed this other artist for their 2021 ceremony.
