Britney Spears' Digital Team Speaks Out After Being Questioned If She Actually Handles Her Own Instagram

Fans are getting some answers after questioning if Britney Spears actually does run her own Instagram account.

Many fans had noted that the 39-year-old singer’s feed has drastically changed in the past three years and assumed it was part of her conservatorship and the company she works with, CrowdSurf, was actually operating and working with her father, Jamie Spears.

“Why has britney’s instagram changed so drastically in the last 3 years? not only her kind of posts, but the way she writes has changed almost out of nowhere? second: why are all her pics actually screenshots and no hq pictures? some of them being PRETTY obvious. third, does she actually have access to her instagram without her social media team intervening?” one fan asked of CrowdSurf founder Cassie Petrey on Twitter.

They added, “I mean, is she the one that directly posts her pics? or she just sends material? last question, why does she never post instagram stories or ever like a post? we’ve never seen her liking a post or commenting which could mean she doesn’t use her instagram at all?”

After they questioned CrowdSurf’s part in Britney‘s Instagram, many other fans came with receipts that showed Cassie and CrowdSurf being “part of” the conservatorship team and not actually on Britney‘s side in the Free Britney movement.

Cassie responded with a statement on Instagram herself, revealing that Britney does indeed write her own captions, finds images on places like Google and Pinterest and claimed there’s “no secret agenda” to her Instagram or the motivation behind it.
