Beyonce Providing Financial Assistance to Texas Residents Amid Winter Crisis

Beyonce is giving back to her home state.

The 39-year-old entertainer has announced that her BeyGOOD Foundation, Adidas, and the Houston disaster relief organization Bread of Life have teamed up to provide financial relief to Texans in need amid winter storm Uri.

Texas is in the middle of a giant crisis right now because of the winter storms, which have caused the power to go out across the state. Many people are dealing with floods, no heat, no water, and other issues.

Texans residents and people in states affected by the deadly winter weather are able to apply for aid up to $1,000 using the Disaster Relief Assistance Application Form.

“We send our prayers to those impacted by the winter storm,” Beyonce‘s BeyGOOD tweeted along with more information about how people can apply for aid.

People can also donate to Bread of Life to provide further assistance to those affected by the storm.
