Paris Hilton Opens Up About How Fiance Carter Reum Proposed To Her

Paris Hilton is opening up about her romantic proposal from fiance Carter Reum in a new interview for her podcast, This Is Paris.

The 39-year-old star recalled that she was at first disappointed when Carter didn’t propose during their one-year anniversary in December.

“When it didn’t happen, I didn’t say anything but I was a little bummed,” she shared, and added that Carter did tell her that when he did ask her, it would be “something even more amazing than this, so you’ll see soon.”

Paris recalled that the romantic beach moment had her “shaking and crying because I was so excited, so happy.”

She also revealed that Carter had their family members on site for the proposal too, including sister Nicky Hilton and one of her brothers.

“It was so nice that he thought to have our families there to celebrate the moment,” she said.

Paris and Carter announced their engagement just last week.
