It adds that Grey’s “picks up where the previous episode of Station 19 left off as both teams tend to a tense situation with so much at stake.”

“i can’t believe this is happening #GreysAnatomy #GreysxStation19 #Station19,” one fan tweeted out after watching the crossover, while another added, “Man. I can’t with this show right now. #GreysAnatomy.”

“The way I’m about to never watch this show again wtf #GreysAnatomy,” another penned on the social media network.

On Station 19, DeLuca joined his sister, Carina, as they followed a car with sex trafficker Opal, who stopped in an alley to exchange something to an unknown man. After seeing the exchange, Andrew and Carina kept on following Opal, all the way to the train station.

Once there, Andrew snapped an image of the Idado license plate to be run with the police. Andrew and Carina kept on following Opal, all the way into the train.

As the hour came to a close, fans saw Andrew chasing Opal through the train station that they arrived at in the first place, and almost caught up, before an unknown man stabbed him.

After being wheeled in to surgery at Grey Sloan Memorial Hospital, DeLuca appeared on the beach with Meredith, who is still there as she battle coronavirus.

DeLuca tells Meredith that he didn’t regret going after Opal that resulted in him being there: “It’s the only thing that made sense.”

As soon as he said that though, in reality, all of his monitors went off and he was taken back to surgery.

“I don’t know what happens from here,” he told Meredith, “but no matter what happens, I want you to know I’ve never felt seen like you saw me.”

After the exchange, Andrew was greeted by his mother on the beach and he told her, “I have to go.”

That’s when he was pronounced dead back at Grey Sloan.
