'Epic' Fairytale Pilot From 'Once Upon A Time' Creators Casts Its' First Star: Eleanor Fanyinka

Eleanor Fanyinka is the first actor attached to Epic, the new fairytale series from Adam Horowitz and Edward Kitsis, the creators of Once Upon a Time.

Announced at the start of the year, Epic is being described as a “romantic anthology that reinvents fairy tales for a new audience.”

Other sources say it will be focused on Disney properties as their former ABC drama explored Snow White and other iconic characters.

Via Deadline, Eleanor is set to play The Seer, a mysterious and playful figure who can lead you down the path of true love.

Previously, Eleanor has been seen on BBC’s Holby City, ITV’s Endeavour and Midsomer Murders, BBC’s Shakespeare and Hathaway and Death In Paradise.

Next up, fans can see her in Netflix’s The Sandman series, based on Neil Gaiman’s popular comic books.
