Tom Holland to Star in Apple TV Anthology Series 'The Crowded Room'

Tom Holland is about to star in a TV show!

The 24-year-old Spider-Man actor will appear in a mental illness-themed anthology series coming to Apple TV+, THR reported on Thursday (April 8).

The streaming service has greenlit the straight-to-series, 10 episode anthology, which is called The Crowded Room, from writer Akiva Goldsman.

The show will “explore the true and inspirational stories of those who struggled and learned to successfully live with mental illness.”

Season one will be based on the Daniel Keyes biography The Minds of Billy Milligan.

Tom is set to star as Billy Milligan, the first person ever acquitted of a crime due to Multiple Personality Disorder, which is now known as Dissociative Identity Disorder.

This is a continuation of Tom‘s relationship with Apple. He recently starred in the streamer’s Cherry movie.
