AnnaLynne McCord Talks About Her 'Others' & How She Turned Them Into a Whole Person

AnnaLynne McCord is opening up about the moment when she turned her “others” into a “whole person” while living with Dissociative Identity Disorder.

The 33-year-old 90210 and Nip/Tuck actress opened up this week about how she was diagnosed with DID, which was previously known as multiple personality disorder.

In a new interview with Access Hollywood, she talked about how she integrated into one person just two years ago.

“I had a little girl, I was a mom to ‘Little Anna.’ This is what it would look like in my mind. I’d close my eyes and I’d see six-year-old Anna, 13-year-old Anna. At one point I had as far as I could see of splits, of four, five, six, seven, eight-year-old AnnaLynnes everywhere,” she said. “Then I had a definitive 13-year-old. She was a very clear and strong presence. I had an infant six-month old version of myself that my mind created visually.”

AnnaLynne then discussed an incident that happened during March 2019 that helped her integrate her “others” into a “whole person.”

“There was an incident that happened with someone I was seeing at the time and I had never been told by anybody that loved me, or had told me they loved me, that they would never leave me,” she said. “Everybody that loved me left. That’s what I had become to learn. I was alone in the world and I was probably going to be alone forever.”

AnnaLynne said she wrote a short film about a woman who has to go away for her family and her partner at the time told her, “I would never let this happen. I would never leave and let you handle and carry this burden alone.”

“He got so emotional. It was so genuine, but he literally, tears were coming out of his eyes and it was powerful. It was like a divine masculine energy coming on. And I had never seen this. I never felt anyone ever saw the little parts of me,” she said. “So in that moment, all of the others in the room and in my mind sucked into me. I called my doctor and I was like, ‘I don’t see them anymore. They’re gone. Where are they?’ And she goes, ‘You integrated.’”

AnnaLynne revealed that her others have “never come back” and she’s very proud to announce that she’s a “whole person” now.
