Netflix's 'The Innocent' (2021) Cast List - See Who Plays Who!

Netflix has a brand new Spanish-language series that is guaranteed to be the next great binge – The Innocent!

The new thriller series is based on the Harlan Coben novel of the same name and the eight-episode season was released on the streaming service on April 30.

For those that don’t know, Coben signed a deal with Netflix in 2018 and 14 of his novels are being turned into series. The other ones already streaming include the UK series The Stranger and the Polish series The Woods. The latest series hails from Spain!

Here is the show’s synopsis: “One night, Matt innocently tried to break up a fight and ended up an homicide. Now, nine years later, he’s trying to start from scratch with Olivia, his wife. A shocking call from Olivia’s phone while she’s on a business trip unsettles Matt, and he will start a frenetic race to discover the truth. His innocence will be questioned again, this time by Lorena, a police inspector investigating a suicide case.”
