'Bridgerton' Season 2 Begins Filming, Jonathan Bailey Spotted on Set with Simone Ashley!

The second season of Bridgerton has officially started filming and the first photos from set have been released online!

Jonathan Bailey, who is reprising his role as Anthony Bridgerton, was seen on set with his new on-screen love interest Simone Ashley, who is playing the new character Kate Sharma.

British outlet Metro has photos of the two actors attending a horse race. Also spotted in the scene was Adjoa Andoh as Lady Danbury, who was a mother figure and mentor to the Duke of Hastings.

The second season of the hit Netflix series will follow Anthony’s journey to finding love and unfortunately Rege-Jean Page will not be returning as the Duke of Hastings.

Phoebe Dynevor is expected to reprise her role as Daphne, though in a smaller capacity than in season one.
