Iman Vellani Spotted in Official 'Ms. Marvel' Costume in New Set Photos!

One of the upcoming TV shows on Marvel’s slate is the Ms. Marvel series and we have some great new photos from set!

Iman Vellani, the 16-year-old newcomer playing the title role, was spotted in her character’s superhero costume for the very first time on Friday night (April 30) in Atlanta, Ga.

While we’ve seen Iman in a seemingly homemade version of Kamala Khan’s superhero costume, this is the first look at the official suit.

It also looks like Iman was joined by her co-star Rish Shah for the scene. He is playing the role of Kamran in the new series and we actually just caught up with him for an interview!

The show will center on Kamala Khan, a Pakistani-American teen from New Jersey. Ms. Marvel made her first appearance in the comic book universe in 2014 as Marvel’s first Muslim character to have her own Marvel title.
