Users can add up to four pronouns to their profile, which they can then choose to display publicly or only to their followers. (Users under 18 will have this setting turned on by default.) You can edit or remove them at any time. Just go to “edit profile” on your page, hit “Pronouns,” and make your selections.

You might need to update your app if it doesn’t show on your profile.

There is also a help form on its support site where you can submit requests for pronouns that aren’t available as options.
