The 2021 CMT Music Awards are on the way!
The fan-voted awards show for country music videos and television performances is airing on June 9, and we have the full list of nominees for the country music show, which were unveiled Thursday (May 13).
Kane Brown and Kelsea Ballerini are co-hosts for the telecast.
This year, Maren Morris and Miranda Lambert lead with four nominations each.
Despite his streaming success, Morgan Wallen is ineligible amid controversy.
“After removing Morgan Wallen from our platforms earlier this year, his videos were deemed ineligible for the 2021 CMT Music Awards,” a rep told Variety.
There are also a ton of artists receiving their first-ever nominations, including Dylan Scott, Hailey Whitters, Hardy, Lainey Wilson and Margo Price.
It’s not yet known whether this year’s CMT Music Awards will return to their usual home of Nashville’s Bridgestone Arena amid pandemic regulations.
The show airs live on June 9 on CMT, as well as on MTV, MTV2, Logo, TV Land and Paramount Network.
