T.I. Is Being Investigated by LAPD Over Rape & Drugging Allegations

The Los Angeles Police Department has confirmed that rapper and actor T.I. is being investigated for allegations of sexually assaulting and drugging multiple women.

Rumors had been spreading that both T.I. and his wife Tameka “Tiny” Harris were being investigated, but the LAPD only confirmed the investigation into the rapper.

“There is an active investigation into Clifford Harris,” Officer William Cooper told Deadline, using the entertainer’s real name.

Detectives have met with an anonymous woman who claims that she was drugged and raped by the couple back in 2005 after meeting them at a club. She says that T.I. offered her a drink when she went to their room and she later found herself naked, both in the shower and on a bed with the couple. She also says she felt “increasingly sick.”

A lawyer named Tyrone A. Blackburn says that he is representing “eleven individuals, ten women and one man” who claim to be victims of the Harrises.

The couple responded to sexual assault allegations last month.
