Angelina Jolie Says a Judge Refuses to Let Her Children Testify in Brad Pitt Divorce Trial

Angelina Jolie‘s represetatives have filed new paperwork suggesting the trial judge will not allow her kids to testify in her divorce case from Brad Pitt and that Judge Ouderkirk is denying her a fair trial.

The actress, director, and humanitarian has had an issue with this judge for months. In fact, she tried to remove him from the trial all together because the judge allegedly has a business relationship with one of Brad‘s attorneys and he failed to disclose this information in a timely manner.

“Judge Ouderkirk denied Ms. Jolie a fair trial, improperly excluding her evidence relevant to the children’s health, safety, and welfare, evidence critical to making her case,” according to the filing in California’s Second District Court of Appeal (via the AP).

Angelina also states that the judge “has failed to adequately consider” that it could be against the best interest of the kids if custody is awarded to a person with a history of domestic violence.

She also stated in new papers that she “refused to hear the minor teenagers’ input as to their experiences, needs, or wishes as to their custody fate.” One of their kids actually did get to testify.

They are also parents to Pax, 17, Zahara, 16, Shiloh, 14, and 12-year-old twins Knox and Vivienne.
