Kelly Clarkson's Talk Show Will Take Over Ellen DeGeneres' Slot in 2022

It’s official – Kelly Clarkson‘s talk show will be taking over for Ellen DeGeneres‘ talk show in 2022!

Ellen‘s show will be going off the air next year after 19 seasons. Kelly‘s show will be in Ellen‘s normal timeslot beginning in the fall of 2022.

“These are remarkable achievements for a talk show in its second season. We look forward to Ellen DeGeneres’ 19th season paired with Kelly Clarkson for what is sure to be a blockbuster year. By 2022, The Kelly Clarkson Show will be the star of our daytime entertainment schedules and an asset to our early afternoon newscasts,” Valari Staab, president, NBCUniversal Local, said in a statement to THR.

Kelly‘s show is currently in its second season on NBC.
