George & Amal Clooney 'Thrilled to Be Back' in Lake Como with Their Kids, A Source Says

A source is sharing some new details about George and Amal Clooney.

An insider spoke with People about the 60-year-old Oscar-winning actor and his wife about their return to their vacation home in Italy after spending some time away.

“They didn’t spend time in Lake Como last year,” the source said. “It’s the first time in two years that they are back in Italy. They seem thrilled to be back. Friends that they didn’t see during the pandemic are very excited that they are back.”

Another insider told the outlet that the couple used the extra time spent at home during the pandemic to focus on their kids, 5-year-old twins Ella and Alexander.

“George and Amal took every day as it came. They have always prioritized family time, so they were very positive about all the extra time with the kids. They are the most amazing parents,” the said.

“George is such a fun dad,” the source added. “The kids adore him.”

George recently revealed that Amal had started watching episodes of E.R. and she’s not a huge fan of his character on the show!
