Kim Kardashian Granted Restraining Order Against Man Who Sent Her Engagement Ring & Plan B

Kim Kardashian can sleep a little sounder tonight.

On Wednesday (June 16), a judge granted the 40-year-old reality star a restraining order against the man who sent her an engagement ring and Plan B pills earlier this month, TMZ reports.

Kim filed the documents earlier in the day, claiming that the man, Nicholas Costanza, has showed up at her house several times this past year.

Back in May, Kim claims Costanza showed up at her home and told security that he was there to pick her up for dinner.

Then a few weeks ago, Kim claims Costanza sent her the ring and pills, which were intercepted by her security team.

She also claims that he has been obsessing over her online, posting a fake marriage certificate and other bizarre messages, while calling himself her “knight in shining armor.”

The judge granted Kim the temporary restraining order, adding that Costanza now has to stay at least 100 yards away and refrain from contact.

Kim isn’t the only Kardashian/Jenner family member that has had to deal with an obsessed fan getting a little too close for comfort.

Last weekend, a man was arrested at Kylie Jenner‘s house while he was there trying to profess his love for her.
