Damian Hurley Pays Tribute to Dad Steve Bing on One-Year Anniversary of His Death
Damian Hurley is reflecting on his dad Steve Bing‘s death.
On Tuesday (June 22), the 19-year-old model, and son of Elizabeth Hurley, took to Instagram to pay tribute to his late dad on the one-year anniversary of his death.

“A year ago today, my mother and I received some devastating news. I didn’t realise at the time quite how much it would affect me… We all like to show ‘perfect’ versions of our lives- for me, the idea of publicly discussing something as personal as grief is terrifying… but sometimes it’s necessary,” Damian wrote, along with a photo of a sunset.
“The last year has been bloody hard- for everyone on the planet- and I think acknowledging that is vital,” Damian continued. “It’s not weak to struggle. In fact, to get through to the other side is immensely strong. Thank you so much for all your messages today, I love you all Xxx”
Back in June 2020, it was announced that Steve had died by suicide at the age of 55.
Steve and the 56-year-old model/actress were together for a brief time in 2001. Elizabeth welcomed Damian on April 4, 2002.
