Chris Pratt Hilariously Throws Jimmy Kimmel A Retirement Party

Chris Pratt had his late night hosts confused!

The 42-year-old The Tomorrow War actor honored Jimmy Kimmel during his appearance this week on his late night talk show and threw him a retirement party!

After talking about his new movie, Chris then told Jimmy “thank you so much for letting me be a part of this incredible night. It’s just so nice to be able to congratulate you in person — come on, guys — on his last show!”

A cake was wheeled out, and even better, Kenny G was there to celebrate too with a smooth jazz number.

“We got you a cake, and don’t worry, pal, now that you won’t be on TV anymore, you can have as much of that cake as you want,” Chris told Jimmy, before he was corrected that Jimmy wasn’t retiring. “Yeah, sure you will. No, that’s the spirit. Never give up.”

Jimmy told him again: “It’s not my last show. It’s my last show for the summer.”

“Oh, you’re staying on?” Chris then jokingly asked “Why?”

While Jimmy is just taking the summer off and will return, this other late night talk show did retire.
