Kelly Ripa Interviews Her Son Michael Consuelos to Tease His Upcoming 'Riverdale' Appearance!

Kelly Ripa had a very special guest on the latest episode of Live! with Kelly and Ryan – her son Michael Consuelos!

The 24-year-old budding actor appeared on the morning show on Thursday (July 22) to talk about his upcoming appearance on Riverdale, in which he plays the younger version of his dad Mark Conseulos‘ character Hiram Lodge.

“Do you think dad and I will be able to handle it when you kids are out of the house?” Kelly asked her son.

“She’s already adopted a dog, you’ve been preparing for an empty nest, I think you’ll be fine,” Michael responded. “My mom paces around the house holding Lena like a Bond villain.”

Kelly responded, “There is something so wrong about my relationship with that dog. I love my kids, and I am very attached to them. But Lena and I are codependent, I’d let her eat the food out of my mouth.”
