Steven Spielberg Adds Four More Actors to Semi-Autobiographical Movie 'The Fabelmans'

There are some new additions to the cast of Steven Spielberg‘s upcoming autobiographical movie, The Fabelmans.

Variety reports that the director has added four new actors to the film, which is loosely based on his own life.

Oscar nominees Judd Hirsch, known for his roles in Ordinary People and Independence Day, and Succession star Jeannie Berlin, as well as veteran stage actors Robin Bartlett and Jonathan Hadary are set to play the older relatives of the young, aspiring filmmaker at the center of the film.

The star-studded cast features Gabriel LaBelle as the protagonist of the movie, with Michelle Williams and Paul Dano playing his parents.

Seth Rogen will play a character based on Steven‘s favorite uncle, while Julia Butters will act as his sister.

It was recently revealed that the director had cast Australian newcomer Sam Rechner to play one of his high-school castmates and you can see photos of him on set here!
