Megan Thee Stallion Talks Going to College as a Famous Entertainer

Megan Thee Stallion is working hard on getting a college education!

“School has kept me grounded,” Megan shared with People.

“I might have an amazing night but knowing I have to finish a paper, project or my homework to graduate, keeps my head on straight,” Megan continued, while adding that she plans on graduating this fall.

In an interview from last year, Megan revealed she was taking online courses part-time at Texas Southern University where she is working towards getting her bachelor’s degree in health administration.

At the time, Megan said she wanted to get her college degree to make her late mom “proud,” adding that she is “doing it for me, but I’m also doing it for the women in my family who made me who I am today.”

After graduating, Megan is hoping to help her fellow TSU classmates with a job after graduating.

“I really wanted to be an administrator over a hospital, but I knew I still wanted to be Megan Thee Stallion. I was like, ‘What can I do?’” Megan said. “I was like, ‘You know what, I’m gonna open an assisted-living facility and use the money that I make from rapping to open it. Then I’m gonna let my classmates run it.”
