NBC's 'Zoey's Extraordinary Playlist' to Get Second Life with a Movie on New Network!

We have great news for fans of the NBC series Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist!

NBC previously canceled the show after two seasons and while there were hopes that Peacock was going to pick it up for a third season, the show ultimately was considered to be over.

Now, a new network/streamer is nearing a deal to pick up the show for a two-hour wrap-up movie, which could also lead into a potential third season.

Streaming player Roku intends to save the series and they will put the movie exclusively on The Roku Channel during the upcoming holiday season. If it performs well, additional episodes could be ordered.

TVLine reports that deals with the cast are currently being worked out.
