Jane Withers Dead - Former Child Star Dies at 95
Jane Withers has sadly passed away.
The former child star’s daughter Kendall Errair shared in a statement that her mother had died at the age of 95 surrounded by loved ones on Saturday (August 7) in Burbank, Calif.

“My mother was such a special lady. She lit up a room with her laughter, but she especially radiated joy and thankfulness when talking about the career she so loved and how lucky she was,” Kendall shared in her statement with People.
Jane got her big break in the 1934 movie Bright Eyes, starring opposite Shirley Temple.
At 21, Jane retired from Hollywood to focus on raising her five children. She later returned to Los Angeles where she attended film school at the University of Southern California.
She then starred alongside James Dean, Elizabeth Taylor, and Rock Hudson in the 1956 movie Giant.
