Michael B. Jordan Gets Deployed To Iraq in First Trailer for 'A Journal For Jordan' - Watch Here!

Michael B Jordan is part of a picture perfect family in the first trailer for his upcoming movie, A Journal for Jordan.

The upcoming flick is based on the true story of Sergeant Charles Monroe King (played by Michael), a soldier deployed to Iraq who begins to keep a journal of love and advice for his infant son.

Back at home, senior New York Times editor Dana Canedy (Chante Adams) revisits the story of her unlikely, life-altering relationship with King and his enduring devotion to her and their child.

Directed by Denzel Washington, A Journal for Jordan “is a powerful reminder of the importance of family and the all-too-human cost of war.”

A Journal for Jordan will arrive in the theaters on Christmas Day, December 25.

Michael and Chante were seen filming scenes for the movie earlier this summer.
