“I enjoyed my time at The Talk as co-host and moderator and I am grateful for the opportunity I had to grow with the entire Talk family as well as truly connect with viewers on such a personal level,” Carrie Ann said in a statement via TVLine.

“I will miss The Talk, but I am excited for the next chapter both for myself and for the show,” she continued.

Carrie Ann first announced back in April that she was taking a break from the show to “focus on my well-being.”

Carrie Ann‘s departure comes after fellow co-host Sharon Osbourne also left the show in March after she defended pal Piers Morgan in the Meghan Markle debate and getting embroiled in some controversy after an on-air argument with Sheryl Underwood.

Just a few weeks ago, it was announced that this actor will be replacing Sharon when The Talk returns in September for new episodes.

Carrie Ann first joined The Talk in 2017.
