Eddie Murphy & Jonah Hill to Star in New Netflix Comedy from Kenya Barris

Eddie Murphy and Jonah Hill are teaming up!

The Hollywood Reporter writes that the pair will star in an untitled comedy feature from Blackish creator Kenya Barris at Netflix.

It was announced earlier this summer that Kenya and Jonah would be co-writing the new film.

While plot details are being kept under wraps, the outlet reports that the movie is an “incisive examination of modern love and family dynamics and how clashing cultures, societal expectations and generational differences shape and affect relationships.”

The comedy will reunite Eddie and Kenya, who worked as a writer on the comedian’s movie Coming 2 America. It will also be his feature directorial debut.
