Kit Harington Says Parenting Is 'More Exhausting' Than Anything He Did on 'Game of Thrones'

Kit Harington is getting candid about fatherhood!

In a new interview with The Weekend Australian, the 34-year-old Game of Thrones actor said that despite all the difficult scenes he filmed for his hit HBO show, being a parent is “the most physically draining thing” he has done.

“Like, honestly, my back is wrecked. I go to the gym quite a bit, but there’s something about having a child that is the most physically draining thing,” he told the outlet.

Kit and his wife Rose Leslie welcomed their first child together in February.

“I don’t know how you do it,” he said of people who are single parents. “Because it’s more exhausting than everything I did on Thrones.”

But despite how tired he is, the actor said becoming a dad and husband “is brilliant.”

“I’m a very, very happy, content, sober man,” he added.

Earlier this month, Kit shared why he decided to get sober and some of the “traumatic” things that happened to him while he was on Game of Thrones.
