Kenneth now faces a maximum sentence of 10 years in prison and a lifetime of supervised release. His sentencing has been scheduled for Jan. 24, 2022.
Kenneth was convicted back in 1995 of attempting to rape a 16-year-old girl and spent over four years in prison. In New York, he is registered as a level two offender, which means he’s considered a “moderate risk of repeat offense.”
Kenneth was arrested in March 2020 after being indicted for failure to register as a sex offender when he moved to California. At the time, he pleaded not guilty and posted $100,000 bail.
Kenneth previously got pulled over by Beverly Hills police back in November 2019, who discovered he was a registered sex offender in New York, but had not registered in California. He was arrested, released on a $20,000 bond, and charged for failing to register as a sex offender.
Last month, Kenneth and Nicki were sued for attempting to bribe a woman who claims he sexually assaulted her back in 1994.
Nicki and Kenneth married in October 2019 and share a son, who will be turning a year old later this month.
