Taye Diggs Posts Supportive Message for Ex-Wife Idina Menzel After She Talked About Their Marriage on 'Corden'

Taye Diggs is showing some public support for his ex-wife Idina Menzel after she talked about their marriage on TV.

Idina participated in a Carpool Karaoke segment for The Late Late Show with James Corden this week to promote her movie Cinderella. During the segment, she brought up some details about her marriage to Taye.

James Corden asked their co-star Camila Cabello if she ever ran lines with boyfriend Shawn Mendes.

“How was he though? Was he judgy?” Idina chimed in and asked, to which Camila quickly said, “No.”

“My ex-husband, I love him, but he was a little too judgy with me when I used to run lines and then I got very self-conscious,” Idina replied.

Taye saw the segment and took to his Instagram to share a video of her singing “Defying Gravity.” (For those who don’t know, Taye actually played Fiyero alongside Idina for one month back in 2003!)
