The 42-year-old actress took to her Instagram account on Monday (September 13) to announce the exciting news that she is set to marry longtime boyfriend Danny Fujikawa.

Kate and Danny have been together for nearly five years and they are parents to a daughter named Rani, who will turn three next month.
