The LAPD spokesperson said that the crew member “was pulseless” and not breathing when EMTs arrived on the scene. The spokesperson added that the man suffered “massive trauma” including “fractured legs and arms” and was “hemorrhaging” while being treated by medics and EMTs.

“Medics were amazingly able to restore his heartbeat, restore his breathing and able to restore his pulse,” the spokesperson shared, adding the man was rushed to a nearby trauma center. “He has a fighting chance of survival.”

The spokesperson added that Cal/OSHA was investigating the incident.

Deadline reported that the incident took place on set of Kevin and Mark‘s upcoming Netflix comedy Me Time.

The upcoming movie follows a stay-at-home dad (Hart) who is given “me time” for the first time in years while his wife and kids are away. He then reconnects with his friend (Wahlberg) for a weekend of crazy adventures.

Regina Hall is also starring in the movie.

In a recent interview, Kevin Hart explained why he turned down an offer to go to space.
