Netflix Exec Teases 'Stranger Things' Spinoff for Millie Bobby Brown's Eleven

It sounds like there could be some new Stranger Things projects coming to Netflix!

During an appearance at the Code Conference on Tuesday (September 28), Deadline reports that Netflix co-CEO Ted Sarandos hinted that the streamer was planning on expanding the Stranger Things universe.

Ted said that Stranger Things is a “franchise being born” and specifically teased “spinoffs” coming in the future.

While he didn’t provide any details about what the possible spinoffs would be or who would be starring in them, Deadline notes that rumors have been circulating that Millie Bobby Brown would lead one of them under the terms of her own Netflix deal.

However, since Ted specifically hinted that there would be more than one spinoff in the works, its possible one of the other characters from the show could be getting their own project as well.

The fourth season of Stranger Things is set to premiere on Netflix in 2022 and a first look at the new season was released earlier this week. Watch it here!
