Kim Kardashian Buys Her Family's House from Kanye West Amid Divorce Proceedings

Kim Kardashian is moving on from her relationship with Kanye West and she’s buying him out of their family home.

It was just reported that the 40-year-old reality star has purchased her family’s Los Angeles home from Kanye.

People reports that Kim has acquired the former couple’s house and “all finishings, furniture, fixtures, appliances’ collectibles, silver and art currently located in said Residence.”

Kim paid $23 million to Kanye.

$20 million covers the cost of the property itself, which matches the amount they paid for the home. The other $3 million covers the contents of the house.

Back in 2018, Kris Jenner tweeted in response to a media report about the house costing $20 million. She said at the time, “WOW wrong again!!!!! Their house is $60 MIL.”

Kim recently revealed that her daughter North West uses an insult about the house when they fight.
