Lisa Kudrow & Matt LeBlanc Honor Their Late 'Friends' Co-Star James Michael Tyler

Lisa Kudrow and Matt LeBlanc are the latest Friends stars to pay tribute to James Michael Tyler.

Several hours after it was announced that James, who played Gunther on the hit sitcom, had died, Lisa, 58, and Matt, 54, took to social media to remember him.

“James Michael Tyler, we will miss you. Thank you for being there for us all. #jamesmichealtyler,” Lisa wrote on her Instagram.

“We had a lot of laughs buddy. You will be missed. RIP my friend,” Matt wrote on his Instagram along with a screenshot his character Joey and James‘ character Gunther talking at Central Perk.

James passed away at the age of 59 after nearly a four-year battle with prostate cancer.
