Osvaldo Benavides is leaving the show after he was just made a series regular a few months ago. He made his first appearance as a guest-star in the two-part Season 4 finale last spring, TV Line reports, but now, he’s exiting. The details surrounding his exit are being kept under wraps and it’s unclear why he’s leaving the show so quickly.

The 42-year-old actor has not commented on the departure. This is the second ABC TV star to leave a hit drama in less than one month.
