The condo on the 22nd floor used to be owned by Friends‘ Matthew Perry before Sandra bought it.

The two bedroom, 2.5 bathroom home features stunning views of the downtown Los Angeles skyline and the Pacific Ocean. Residents who own in the building also include Adam Sandler, Kelly Osbourne, Courteney Cox, PJ Harvey and several billionaire business moguls, Variety reports. Former residents in the building include Cher, Elton John and David Geffen, Lindsay Lohan and Joan Collins.
