Disney's 'Encanto' Leads at the Box Office for a Second Week!

Encanto is still on top.

The Disney film remained at No. 1 at the box office as of Sunday (December 5).

The movie brought in $12.38 million from 3,980 venues in the U.S. and Canada, bringing it to $57.6 million domestically.

The movie will be arriving on Disney Plus after playing exclusively in theaters for 30 days.

The film tells the tale of the Madrigals, an extraordinary family who live in a wondrous, charmed place called an Encanto. Each child has been blessed with a magic gift unique to them—each child except Mirabel (Stephanie Beatriz). But when the family’s home is threatened, Mirabel may be their only hope.

The movie features original songs from Lin-Manuel Miranda.
